Greg Hutto, CFP®, CFA

Greg Hutto comes from a family of educators, so it’s no wonder he holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Texas A&M University, and a Masters Degree in Education from Tarleton State University. He was even a teacher and coach before entering financial services in 1996. After 14 years in the industry working for such powerhouses as UBS Paine Webber and Raymond James, he founded Hutto Retirement Advisors LLC in 2010. Greg holds two investment designations, including Certified Financial Planner®, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2007. Additionally, he is the founder of Heritage Tax Advisors LLC. Greg is married and he and his wife Angie have three children. He likes to cycle, play golf, and travel with his family.

Wes Holloway, CFP®

Wes Holloway was born and raised on the Gulf Coast by his father, who was a civil servant with NASA, and his mother who was a Texas public school teacher. In 1987, Wes graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Engineering, then made his way to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 1989. Later, he earned his MBA from the University of Texas of Arlington in 1995. Before joining Heritage, Wes held a variety of jobs in the travel and transportation industry including corporate training, industrial engineer, business development, operations director and profitability manager.

Carson Perkins, Associate Advisor

Carson is from the Austin area where he attended Liberty Hill High School. While most of his family lives in Iowa, he considers Texas to be his home.

After high school, Carson played basketball at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX. He was awarded Freshman of the Year and made the Dean’s list during his time at Sul Ross.

Carson finished his education at the University of North Texas where he received his BBA in Finance and a minor in Financial Planning. Carson graduated Magna Cum Laude and made the President’s List multiple times, while also being a member of the Professional Leadership Program and working part time at Heritage.

Carson passed his Series 65 test in January of 2024 and plans to pursue the coveted CFP designation in the next year. He enjoys helping kids with their basketball skills, spending time outdoors, working out, cooking, and playing tennis.

Don Brosious, Senior Advisor

Don grew up in the Chicago area until he left to attend Northern Illinois University where he earned a BS in Numerical Control Technology and an AS in Science from Kishwaukee Junior College.

Don’s father was a World War II vet who had a long career with a utility company. His mother spent many years in retail.

Prior to joining Heritage Retirement Advisors, Don held a variety of positions in the aviation and technology industries, including several corporate positions at Bell Helicopter Textron, director at United Technologies Corporation — Carrier, service delivery manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, and numerous computer systems engineer positions at General Dynamics (Lockheed).

Don lives in the Fort Worth area with his wife, Lisa and has three grown children. In his spare time, Don enjoys gardening and landscaping. He and his wife also love spending time with the dogs and kids. Don is also an avid Texas Rangers and Chicago Cubs fan.
